how to clean Mal/PodJot-A?

The sophos description for this malware has no cleaning instructions and it seems fairly new. Any ideas?

Hello mdporter,
I see send us a sample as well as Use the instructions for removing generically detected files . What's the Cleanup status in SEC's Resolve Alerts and Errors? If it's Not cleanable scheduling a scan with aggressive settings (Delete) might get rid of it. How many PCs are affected?
