Sophos Endpoint Security And Control 10.0 issues with google Chrome

Hi folks,

I update today my Sophos Endpoint Security And Control from 9.7 to 10.0, since this update I have issues with Google Chrome the version is 16.0.912.63, I can't surf on internet, firefox won't open, the only one how's work it's Internet Explorer, Chrome crash while try to loading a website, I try to uninstall and make a fresh install of the endpoint and the issues persist, I always try the updates before make a deploy on my clients, cheers!

    If not you could try disabling the Sophos LSP:

    Run:
    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Web Intelligence \swi_lsp32_util.exe -u -d swi_ifslsp.dll
    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Web Intelligence \swi_lsp32_util.exe -u -d swi_ifslsp_64.dll  

    Maybe need to set the "Sophos Web Intelligence Service " service to disabled and then reboot. 

    How is the machine then?

    Thank's Jak work's for know (I'm posting from Chrome), some corrections, works for me:

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Web Intelligence\swi_lsp32_util.exe -u -d swi_ifslsp.dll

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Web Intelligence\swi_lsp32_util.exe -u -d swi_ifslsp64.dll
