    Hi,

I have Chrome "16.0.912.63 (Official Build 113337m " or at least that's what running: "Chrome://version" tells me and SAV 10 and it's fine so it must be something else on the machine, environment or the particular site.  I have Windows 7, 64-bit.

Here are a few things to check/try:

If you stop the: "Sophos Web Intelligence Service " does this help?

Do you have any other LSPs installed on the machine?  Running the command:

netsh winsock show catalog > winsock.txt

would show this, could you make available the resultant file or contents?

    The output of:

    chrome://net-internals/#serviceProviders

could also be useful as could running chrome://net-internals/#events to compare when it works to when it doesn't.

Out of interest, what site or sites are you visting when Google crashes?  I'd like to give it a try to see how I get on,

There is also a DWORD registry key called LogLevel you can create under:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\[Wow6432Node]\Sophos\Web Intelligence \

If you set this to 4 (1,2,3,4 are different levels), this should log to:

    "\Windows\Temp \swisdiag.log "

    "\Windows\ swifdiag.log "

Note: Don't forget to rename the key or remove it otherwise the files will grow and grow. :)

Maybe these logs will show some errors?

Does it provide an crash dumps?  They could be most useful.

    Regards,

    Jak

    Thank's Jak,

I use windows 7 pro 64 bit, from your post I try:

    1. Stop the Sophos Web Intelligence Service, not work.

    2. I ran the net stat command the output: http://pastebin.com/9Cd0iNKA

     3. I ran the chrome://net-internals/#serviceProviders and the  chrome://net-internals/#events but Chrome not respond, like when I try to open a website I'ts keeps on "loading" after some minutes a pop up windows says the tab crash. One interest note about it's when I uninstall the Sophos Endpoint Chrome works again :| Oh and the websites 're google, gmail, and every website not work it's keep on loading, in IE works nice.

    4. I create the dword registry, the output:

    swisdiag.log: http://pastebin.com/nwZhEuzP

    swifdiag.log: http://pastebin.com/6zvw30Da
