Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had some basic tasks that they do on a regular basis documented ? As we go into operations I would like to give the helpdesks and desktop admins te lists of things to check on a rgular basis.
ie
-Scan Unassigned Group and remove old computers
-Select Computers for Cleanup
-Resolve Alerts
-Acknowledge
etc etc...
