Advice: Upgrade SEC from 5.0.0.8 to 5.2 AND migrate to new server

I wanted to get some advice and pointers.

I have a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise 32-bit running EC 5.0.0.8.  I want to ultimately upgrade to EC 5.2.  But I also would like to move my EC to a new server running Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64-bit.

Would it be best to migrate from old server to new server first and then upgrade from EC 5.0 to EC 5.2.  Or upgrade from EC 5.0 to EC 5.2.

The EC, Database, Reporting are all on the same server.

What I would like to do with my old server (once everythig is backed up and moved off of it of course) is to re-purpose it by formatting the server and doing a new, fresh install of Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64-bit back on it to since you can only do upgrades across Windows that share the same architecture platforms, i.e. X86 to X86, X64 to X64.  And yes, my old server does have 64-bit processors - it is just running a 32 bit server OS.  Plus I need to make sure and check some additional hardware device drivers.  If it all checks out to be okay I plan on putting Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit back on the old server.

What would be the best recommended steps to take given this scenario?  And will the EC 5.1 Server Migration Guide work for 5.2?  If they have the 5.2 Migration Guide out - I haven't found it yet - but I haven't really looked for it either.

We have somewhere around 85-100 PCs.

Thanks!
