Cannot Install Remote Management Agent on Puremessage Server

When trying to push the Sophos client to the PureMessage server we receive this error:

Error Product installation failed RMSNT 0x80070002

It is also stating it cannot find the updating information for Puremessage, but I believe that is because it is not pulling down the secondary location server, which is Sophos.

    It looks like we are on 4.0.2 of the system so it is now seen in the Console, now we just have an issue where we can update from the local console server but updates from Sophos (assume it's for PureMessage) fail.
