my product info page says this: (as at 8 NOV 2012)

    Hi,

    At the current time there are really 4 versions of the SAV for Windows product:

    1. SAV 9.5.x (In Extended Maintenance)
    2. SAV 9.7.x (in Extended Maintenance)
    3. SAV 10.0.x
    4. SAV 10.2.x

    All are getting data updates, so although 9.5.x is an old product version, it can still be up-to-date with regards to detection definitions.

    If I subscribe to "SAV 9.5.x Extended Maintenance" I get the specific "Recommended" verison "9.5.6 VDL4.83G".  Other versions of 9.5 include:

    • "9.5.6 VDL4.82G"
    • "9.5.6 VDL4.81G"
    • "9.5.6 VDL4.80G"

    So you are running an out of date version in terms of the detection data and the engine version is also old, as "9.5.6 VDL4.83G" has the 3.37.2 engine at this time.

    A quick look in a "CID" shows 216 ide files for this same version ( "9.5.6 VDL4.83G") as of the time of this post.

    Where do you update from?

    Who maintains the CID?
