Web Protection error (incompatible program)

We're using the Microsoft TMG Client on our workstations and as this table states Sophos Web Protection isn't compatible with the TMG Client: http://www.sophos.com/de-de/support/knowledgebase/116241.aspx

What does this mean?

According to the link above Web Protection will be disabled to avoid any problems, but on our clients it's still active and working (http://www.sophos.com/de-de/support/knowledgebase/111224.aspx).

I also do not want to disable Web Protection as our TMG doesn't do any AV filtering and mobile users would be unprotected.

    Hello Max,

    strange - as far as I can see here, Web Protection is indeed off for the endpoints reporting this error (although in our case it's not TMG). I suggest you contact Support with this (and please follow up here with the results).
