Is my Sophos AV Out of Date ?

As a company we have moved away from our external IT support company who initially had control of our AV products, this inculded renewal notifications.

Now we are flying solo we would not get these renewal notices. And all of a sudden the AV shield on the server has a red X against it and will not contact the server for any updates.  The product info is below, and I would like to know how I go about continued support.
