Our IT is outsourced and they give us a friendly nudge every time something is required to renew, alas its Sophos this time:
As these companies like to quote us unhappy most of the time, I tend to try to call their bluff and find out if the price they are trying to sell us is the going rate
So for the Sophos renewal they are saying:
1 year renewal - £1029.25
2 year renewal - £1543.76
3 year renewal - £2058.50
"You should renew your Sophos license well in advance of this date so that you experience no disruption to the important anti-virus/spam service that Sophos provide to your company. Please note that failing to renew your subscription will cause automatic updates to stop. This will leave your network unprotected and open to possible virus attacks. "
Does this look correct ? Or should I shop around ?
