Has anyone seen this before or know what its about ?

    Hi,

    I've seen solutions such as removing and reininstall IE 8 which might be a bit drastic.  Possibly try an upgrade to IE9 if possible?

    I would also consider copying a later version of that file from another machine to this machine if you have one, back up the old one first to be safe.

    What OS and SP do you have and what are the file details of that file, version etc?
