Firstly I'd like to say that this is not trivial. The steps required to be performed depend on quite a few variables: i.e. if SEC is installed in a domain or workgroup, if it's installed on a DC or not. if the database role is installed on the same machine or a remote machine and if this is in the same domain. The accounts used throughout the system and the SUM policy are all things that need to be considered.
Unless you really need to do this I would avoid doing so and if you do, I would strong suggest a full backup. It would probably worth calling support to get a custom solution for this as it's likely to be quite specific.
