Sophos Protection Updating: failed

Hello.

I dont know what is happening with Sophos but when i start the computer the icon, on the icon tray, isnt showing. I have to star the  ALMon.exe from the AutoUpdate folder because it doenst show with the Sophos Endpoint Security and Control.

Can anyone help me?!

    Hi Ab

    There should be a AutoUpdate Monitor located in the Startup menu when you click 'Start | Programs'

    Additionally if you click 'Start | Run'

    Type: msconfig

    Under the 'Startup' tab should be a Sophos Autoupdate entry - ensure this is ticked and exists.
