Sophos Update Manager (SUM) Password

Is there a way to test to make sure I have the correct SUM password? I fear I may not have the correct one and do not want to move to a new server before I know I have it.

Hello Christian,
In the article How to change the password for Sophos Update Manager (SUM) it mentions a system.xml file. Is that created by the Obfuscation Utility? I don't see it in there now.
