Is there a way to test to make sure I have the correct SUM password? I fear I may not have the correct one and do not want to move to a new server before I know I have it.
Thanks!

Hello Jerry,
access [by] Remote Desktop?
no (as it doesn't need and might not have the interactive logon right), from another machine using Explorer's Map network drive ... to map the \SophosUpdate share.
will this create a new SUM password?
Please see the links in my previous post (the references to the articles are links) which contain all the details. The installer does not (no longer) create passwords (or users) but requires existing accounts.
