Is there a way to test to make sure I have the correct SUM password? I fear I may not have the correct one and do not want to move to a new server before I know I have it.
Thanks!

Hello jerryn3,
access the \SophosUpdate share from another machine using to SUM user - you should easily be able to find out whether the password is correct or not (be careful not to lock out the account) :smileywink: - see also the explanation of purpose of the account in User accounts required by Sophos Enterprise Console. In case you can't remember the password please see How to change the password for Sophos Update Manager (SUM).
