Sophos Client Firewall

Hi,

Any idea of Windows 8.1 coz when I install sophos client firewall it will disconnected to console.

SEC server V:5.2.1 R2. 

Endpoint V: 10.3

Firewall Policy: Allow by default

All our endpoint xp, win 7 are working fined with the same policy of firewall. In order to connect to Sophos Console I stop Sophos Client firewall service after connected start again the services. Force to comply a policy of sophos client firewall "same as policy".

After that restart the PC or restart the sophos message router and the PC was desconnected again. 

Any idea what is the problem of Windows 8.1 using sophos client firewall?
