Error on the Database

Hi,

I have a problem in my  SEC Server. It will duplicate the sophos Update manager after I changed the computer name of Sophos. After that I will changed again to another ComputerName of Sophos server. And I got the error when I re-run the SEC installer. And I got the error The database installation failed. you can find logs below link.

    I can't quite figure out what exactly you've done and what you are trying to do now.

    I changed the computer name of Sophos

    Did you rename you management server (something you shouldn't do) and were able to open the console afterwards (which usually fails)? And then you renamed it to yet another name (not the original one)? Or ...?

    And then - you just re-ran the installer on the server without uninstalling before? I might be wrong but the log looks like from a fresh install. Anyway - the particular error should be in C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Management Installer\Sophos_InstallCoreDB.log.
