Can not contact Server!!!

Hi, I have Endpoint Security and Controll. For some reason, when ever  I try to update, I get the mesage "could not contact server"

Here is a portion of the update log. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I would that DUCNT30 is a server at your university.  If you're currently away from the university network you probably can't reach that machine.

    Typically I would expect the package you used to be configured to use a primary and secondary update location.  For example.  The primary update location might be as you have it, but the secondary location would be a HTTP location such that it could be reached over the internet.  That way, if your machine moved away from the network it would continue to get updates. 

    I think you'll have to speak to your IT department, specifically the people who look after Sophos to find out how they have it setup and how they intend it to work.

    There is still a chance that it is a resolving problem but they could help you with that also.
