Can not contact Server!!!

Hi, I have Endpoint Security and Controll. For some reason, when ever  I try to update, I get the mesage "could not contact server"

Here is a portion of the update log. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

    Error 53 is:
     

    "The network path was not found. "

    so it sugguests that Sophos AutoUpdate can't find the location specified in the configuration.

    If you go to "Start" -> "Run" (or "Search programs and files") and type in:

    \\DUCNT30\SophosUpdate\CIDs\S000\SAVSCFXP\

    and click Enter, does this connect to the share ok?  I.e you can see the files?
