Email Alerting of sophos

Hi,

My I know how to configure the email alerting of sophos to exclude this error below send fron the endpoint. We have more than 500 users sending to my email.

How can we configure to prevent this error send into my email?

User: CITYSAVINGS\11489
Scan: On-access
Machine: CSBUPDATER

Scanning "D:\HRQ\CompBen.Jennie\Medicine\39FE1100" returned SAV Interface error 0xa0040212: The file is encrypted.

Scanning "D:\HRQ\CompBen.Jennie\Medicine\MEDICINE RECORD 2012c.xls" returned SAV Interface error 0xa0040212: The file is encrypted.

Scanning "D:\HRQ\CompBen.Jennie\Medicine\MEDICINE RECORD 2012c.xls~RF11efcf9.TMP" returned SAV Interface error 0xa0040212: The file is encrypted.

Scanning "D:\HRQ\CompBen.Jennie\Medicine\MEDICINE RECORD 2012c.xls" returned SAV Interface error 0xa0040212: The file is encrypted.

    Hello tedz,

    AFAIK you can only filter messages to the console. These errors (should) belong to the scanning errors category which is not sent by email by default so I assume you have explicitly enabled it - why?
