How do I find the SophosUpdateMgr password?

I'm brand spanking new to Sophos and I am trying to create an batch file using the command line switches outlined in the kb article 12570. When I installed Sophos Enterprise console, the SophosUpdateMgr user was created automatically by the installation package, so I have no clue what the password is. So, when I go to put in the credentials for the script, I have no way of knowing what the password is for the SophosUpdateMgr account.

What am I missing here?

Hi,

I would suggest calling Support, it can be obtained, I wonder if posting here for all to see is the best idea.

You will need access to the database, specifically the policies table where the type = 1. Might be best to get SQL Server Management Studio installed as well to make it easier to access. :)
