Enterprise Console wont start after changed of Domain name

Hi,

we recently change our domain name to all our servers and pc's in our network including SEC. after changing the domain name of the SEC it wont start. any ideas how to solve the problem without re installing everything from scratch?

    HI,

    I assume the Sophos Management Service does not start?  Maybe becasue the account referenced in the registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\[Wow6432Node]\Sophos\EE\Management Tools\DatabaseUser

    is no longer valid?  If that's the case rerunning, the setup.exe (\sec_51\ServerInstaller\setup.exe) to modify the install should do it.

    Otherwise, the error in the application event log from the management service should reveal why it is failing.
