Sophos Endpoint 10.3 cant update

Hello guys!

I just installed on my Win8 computer sophos endpoint 10.3 and i cant get to update it.

When I try get this error: "ERROR:   Could not find a source for updated packages"

Im sure my credentials are ok and i do have full access to the internet.

I have also edited the file (iconn.cfg) and everything looks fine

Any help please, appreciated!

    Hello naranjojm,

    default config

    AFAIK you nevertheless have to enter your license (or trial license) credentials in Configure updating. Did you enter the correct ones and enter them correctly (note that copy/paste could result in an added trailing blank)?
