Sophos Endpoint 10.3 cant update

Hello guys!

I just installed on my Win8 computer sophos endpoint 10.3 and i cant get to update it.

When I try get this error: "ERROR:   Could not find a source for updated packages"

Im sure my credentials are ok and i do have full access to the internet.

I have also edited the file (iconn.cfg) and everything looks fine

Any help please, appreciated!

    Hi: I am having very similar problems with my 10.3 version. I downloaded it from the Sophos Official Web Site. I have used my login and password and also I am using default config (i.e. address = Sophos)... I am unable to update it...
