Sophos Endpoint Troubleshooting

We do have the Enterprise console installed in the backend, but have always had issues with Endpoints reporting errors.  Things such as.

1.  Policies not updating.

2.  Issues installing/updating the client.

3.  Continual reports of client machines needing reboot.

4.  Scheduled tasks not updating cirrectly when scans are changed.

5.  And many other issues.

I've read a number of posts talking about troubleshooting scripts that have been written or are in the process of being written.  I was wondering if it would be possible to get access to these scripts.  I could then provide them to our service desk staff as a first point of call when a user calls up with Sophos endpoint issues.  Thus reducing the number of incidents that are escalated.
