iconn.cfg in XP

Hi,

following the guide on Sophos (http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/44325.aspx) the file iconn.cfg should reside on C:\Program Files\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Config\, but I don't have a config folder. What could be the problem?
