Help needed on some errors

Question

Hi, on my Sophos Enterprise Console (v5.2.1.197), I'm having some machines with errors. And I need some more explaining about how to resolve those problems (errors). Here they are:

Adware or PUA 'Generic PUA CA' was not removed because of errors. [0xa0250012] 
 Loading SAV Interface returned the error 0x8007000b: c:\program files\sophos\sophos antivirus\age-adyh.ide[0xa0480001] 
 Web protection is no longer functional. The filtering driver has been bypassed or unloaded. [0x058000c] 
 Insufficient memory. [0xe03d000b]

Hello Jo, the errors occur on the client side so it's the Endpoint version and not the SEC version which could be of interest. Anyway - did you try to look up the error codes in the knowledgebase (if you do so try both with and without the 0x )?   a0250012 - Enterprise Console: Error a0250012   a0480001 - Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows: Error loading configuration data 0xa058000c - Enterprise Console reports error a058000c (BTW you've left out the a in 0x a 058000c ) 0xe03d000b - Enterprise Console: Clients report Insufficient memory. [0xe03d000b] Actually for these codes the search results in one article or the relevant article on the top so finding the information shouldn't have been too hard :smileywink: Christian :45251

I already looked but apparantly not in the correct way ;) 
 Thank you for all the links. Now I'm just having another question concerning the help on the 2nd url. It says to check the software subscription and when I look there it is set (for the sophos anti-virus for W2K+ at 10.0.11 VDL4.95G, but if I'm not mistaken, Sophos is now at version 10.3.4. Is this correct? And if so, do I need to do something to get the subscription to the latest version (for now it's not available)?
