Just deleted 197 viruses from my pc ...

So I just went through and deleted like 197 different viruses from my pc. They were all the 'Shh/Updater-B' however now I am learning that this may be a false positive. How do I get my files back that it deleted? How will these files affect me now that they are gone?

So I just deleted 312 'viruses'. I´d apprecciate a quick respond as well... Is there any other option than reformating my hard drive, including new OS etc. ???
