Endpoint status & RMS cache folder empty

Hello,

As per subject above does anyone encounter this error?, recently i notice and customer complain that console status is not tally with endpoint status which is endpoint successfull updated however on console is not updated.

Another is problem is related with RMS component, sophos failed to install RMS componnent due to RMS folder on cache folder is empty resulting failed to install RMS. Thanks
