This computer is not yet managed. It is protected but has not yet reported back its status.

I'm having a pc that's doing his updates (so far so good ;). But it's not reporting back to the Sophos Enterprise Console. Both firewalls are off and on the problem pc all services (for Sophos) are running. Who can help me out here?

    /search?q= 13239 should help but I would check in order:


    1. The ParentAddress registry key on the client is as it should be, i.e. the address of the managent server or upstream relay.  You can find it under:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sophos\Messaging System\Router  

    2. Check that the client has a Router Certificate.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sophos\Messaging System\Router\Private \pkc
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sophos\Messaging System\Router\Private \pkp

    3. Check that the client has a Management Agent certificate:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sophos\Remote Management System\ManagementAgent\Private \pkc

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sophos\Remote Management System\ManagementAgent\Private \pkp

    4. The logs under:
    \Documents and Settings\All Users\application data\sophos\Remote Management System\3\Router\Logs \
     are probably the most use.
