Policy Comparison Failure

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone encounter same error or have experience to solve this issue?, I found same issue post by Alasdair with same issue at link http://community.sophos.com/t5/Sophos-Endpoint-Protection/Policy-Comparison-Failure/td-p/792 .

Root cause for this error is  Scheduled Tasks is in a bad state that related with Sophos Scheduled Scan .

My question is do we need to delete all task create by systems and file at  "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18" to restore back task schedular as per sophos knowledbase http://www.sophos.com/support/knowledgebase/article/28060.html .

    There used to be an old MS tool called systaskfix.exe , you could try searching for that and see if it fixes a machine with the problem, if so that might be easier to automate.  

    I assume that if you remove the scheduled task from the policy then these machines do comply (SAV policy)?
