Cannot open sophos control center

Hello,

I donwloaded the trial version of the control center to test it. But after installation and restarting I'm getting the following error message when trying to start the control center:

Cannot open sophos control center

Only members of the sophos full administrators group on ... are allowed to run the sophos control center.

I added my username on every instance of sophos as well as locally on the pc (which is strange because I'm into the group of the domain admins already).

how can I solve this problem?

    But it's still not working. I already tried to install it on another pc, but there also ws something strange. It seems to install it, then asks to restart (still normal), but after reboot it asks immediately again to reboot. The following reboot, the same and so on. Very strange.
