Finding Mac's

Hello,

we're testing Sophos Enterprise Console. When i install a Mac client manually, using the mpkg file on the server, it installs without any problem, but I cannot see the mac in the console. But i can ping the mac from the server. I already checked if the firewall is disabled on the Mac. How can I solve this?

    To clarify - com.sophos.sau.plist is for updating, not for communication with the console (that's mrinit.conf and the NetworkReport names the management server, not the update location - which need not be the same).

    I'd suggest to uninstall Sophos from the Mac (MacHD/Library/Sophos Anti-Virus/Remove Sophos Anti-Virus-pkg) and then install again from the new CID. Then check the NetworkReport again. Note that RMS will not "reconfigure" when you change the update location (or just re-install from the new location).
