Endpoint 10 - Slow Website Loading

Hi everyone,

We've been noticing that systems with Endpoint 10 installed (all of which are Windows 7) are having issues with websites loading slowly. One site we're having major issues with is http://www.pears.ed.state.pa.us. 

I took a clean Win 7 image (no Endpoint or other Sophos product ever installed) and got to the website (and all links on the site) immediately. Same thing on my work laptop which does not have Endpoint installed. I then deployed Endpoint 10 (currently build 10.0.9, we're on the "Recommended" software schedule) to the test machine and navigating to http://www.pears.ed.state.pa.us and other sites because very slow. The sites all load eventually, but they are extremely slow. Tested with Amazon, Apple, Google,  as well - all much slower than on a system without Endpoint installed. 

We have Web Control disabled. There is only one policy, Default, and it is not enabled in that policy. Any ideas with this?

    I am currently piloting this with 4 test users, and one user on Windows XP SP3 is complaining about slow web page loads as well.  Currently on Endpoint 10.0.9.  I want to roll this out to all our remote users since we have a Sophos web appliance at the home office proxying all Internet connections.

    Any insight or tweaks are appreciated.
