failed to install Sophos Client Firewall

Hi,

i tried to installed sophos endpoint in a workstation with a symantec endpoint software, i did able to successfuly installed sophos endpoint  but failed to install sophos client firewall due to error encountered. please refer link for the log error.

    Hello tedz,

    hard to read but it looks like it fails to access the key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Sophos\SAVService and subsequently complains Product: Sophos Client Firewall -- Sophos Anti-Virus 6 or greater must be present in order to install Sophos Client Firewall.  

    Can you access the key using regedit?

    Is everything else working properly?
