Malware web submission form not working?

   I have tried twice with two different browsers to submit an executable received from a spoofed e-mail through the Web submisison form. Both times I get Error 500

Error

An unexpected error has occurred.

  I then receive an e-mail with a case number, with no idea whether the actual file has been uploaded.

    Sorry about the web form submission error.  I think we've got the samples (if you recognize the file names below).  They are being processed by SophosLabs at the moment.
