AV Exclusions - Wildcards

Hi all,

I have an unusual exclusion that I need to add to SEC but it will need a wildcard in the middle of the file path to work.  Here's the folder I need to exclude (the part I want to set as a wildcard is in bold):

\\.\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy115\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Forefront Security\Exchange Server\Data\Quarantine\

I'd like to change the 115 above to an asterisk.

When I investigated this a couple of years ago, I was told (by Sophos) thats not possible to have a wildcard in the middle of a file path.  Would it work now?

Also, is there any issues to watch out for with the \\.\GLOBALROOT\Device\... bit?

Thanks in advance.
