Upgrade to 5.0 fail

Error was 1603 on exit. 

Further searching of the logs reveals the process failed atthe Server install and on the RSA key generation.  Any help on getting this upgrade to complete is much appriciated.

    Hello Sid_RE,

    haven't seen this one. Did you just stumble over the Sophos_RSAKeyGen log or also checked the Sophos_Servernnmsi log. Just asking cause I don't know if the latter contains more info (which I doubt though). The relevant lines are probably after Doing action: GenerateRSAKeyPair .  Can't say is the action leaves a log when  it fails or the Sophos_RSAKeyGen log is all you get. I suggest you give Support a call.
