Sophos Protection Not Auto Updating!

My Sophos Endpoint security and data protection isnt auto updating when it should i check if it allow auto update and it is checked, so i dont know what the problem is that the auto update wont update my sophos, it usually update each day when i turn on my computer the first time. and now i have to manually update it by right clicking it with my mouse and clicking update now!

    That log seems to show that it's updating as scheduled. There are certainly 3 hour gaps as expected.

    There are plenty of "Installing Product SAVXP" followed by "Product has been successfully installed".  e.g.

    Time: 29/03/2011 04:08:47

    Note:  The trace log in the same directory as the alc.log is more verbose than the ALC log.

    The new shield doesn't animate but when AutoUpdate is updating you will see a alupdate.exe process running and hovering over the shield will display a message saying: "Update in progress".

    You might want to give a call to you admin at UCLA but it seems ok to me at least from the logs.
