sophos endpoint updates

My router firewall is blocking connection to sophos update server, which port i need to open ?

    Hi Abdallah

    Check out the below post for the links the SUM must get to for updates. (Server to Sophos databank)

    /search?q= 278

    If there are any issues have a look at your firewall log files. 

    Alternatively from the Desktop to Server updating. 

    This happens via UNC path, Ensure Windows File and Print Sharing is enabled, Computer Browser service is started and the credentials are correct. 

    The communication ( To/From Desktop/Server) saying it is complying / infected / completed a scan / has new policy / etc this happens on ports 8192, 8193 and 8194 TCP and UDP.
