upgrade console 4.5 to 4.7

hi, all

i've a problem with the upgrade my console endpoint 4.5 to 4.7

after restart and installer 4.7 running, but in mid process the installer rollback. After I restart and I try manually to install console 4.7, I found notification to uninstall Update Manager and my console 4.5 is gone.

    Hello cescbimo,

    do I understand correctly that it tells you to manually uninstall the update manager? You can probably do so by running MsiExec.exe /X{2C7A82DB-69BC-4198-AC26-BB862F1BE4D0} . Make sure you have a recent backup of your SOPHOS45 database (you did backup before installing, didn't you?).  After uninstalling SUM retry the SEC47 install and if it fails again try to determine the cause (you might get a pop up. If not search for recently created files). See also here for a similar problem.
