We have been having a odd issue. People have been complaing that they cannot download files via IE9, firefox works fine. Further, UAC has been switched on for these affected workstations. We do not use UAC and keep it off for all workstations/Servers. Further, we do not use web filtering and just use the AV portion only. Some of our software will not run properly with UAC so this is causing allot of issues for us. This has been happening the last week with both 10.0 and 10.2 clients running 4.89G and previous.
