We were using the previous stand-alone version of SafeGuard 5.1 but now it is tied in to the Enterprise Console, I am beginning testing this method of deploying full-disk encryption.
In the stand-alone there was a helpdesk element which allowed remote users that had locked themselves out to call in with a challenge/response key to get them in to their system.
I can't seem to find this in the Enterprise console, nor in any of the documentation, even though it is in the policy options to enable the feature.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
