Updating remote users

For each new remote user the laptop is initially setup and configured on the HO network.

Sophos installs and updates correctly.

When the user is the working remotely from other sites the Sophos shield appears with a red cross and is not updating.

How can I set the 15 or so remote users (some do come into HO every 6-8 weeks) to get the latest IDE's from Sophos?

    I was on the line with Tier 2 on another issue and they absolutely offer web updating via the Sophos connection from the updating policy with a valid "em" username and password.  A reminder from tier 2 all keys are lowercase, I will retest tongiht from home.

    Web cid on a web server or other external server is not the only way to provide updates to nosdes off your network.
