short network timeout if sophos compliance agent api service is enabled

Hello,

we have a problem with the sophos compliance agent api service.

If this service is enabled we have a short network timeout after every user windows login. The problem is, we use a remote management tool and we lost the connection to the device on every network timeout.

If we disable the sophos compliance agent api service the network timeout is gone and we dont lost the connection to the device.

This problem occurs on XP SP2, XP SP3, Win7 and Windows 2000 devices with sophos endpoint 9.5

Can someone help us to solve this problem?
