Sophos Automatic Update

Hi,

I have noticed since Friday that Sophos antivirus automatic update has failed. I've tried again on Sat and today and still the same. Has sophos got an issue with their central server?

You can check your credentials here:

I have two sets of credentials EM Download (user starting with em) and Download. While the former is the one for updating the latter is the one which works on the link you provided. So?
