Sophos Automatic Update

Hi,

I have noticed since Friday that Sophos antivirus automatic update has failed.  I've tried again on Sat and today and still the same.  Has sophos got an issue with their central server?

    Have to resurrect this old thread: Seems you can now access this URL without credentials so it can no longer be used to check your credentials.

    OTOH, the My Account page lists the Product Credentials you have linked with your account (including the license schedule). Dunno if the MySophos-Account/product-set link persists if your Product License Password is for whatever reason changed though (or if the password is never changed but a new set of credentials issued).
