Enterprise Console Updates

On my Dashboard I ALWAYS have a red X circle on my updates... but it always shows to be downloading the updates...

any thing I could check..

    Hello fbtduncan1,

    does it show "Downloading binaries" and this never changes? You should restart the SUM service or reboot the server.
    If, OTOH, "Last successful download" is recent but the red cross just doesn't go away (and you have upgraded from 4.0 or earlier) please see this recent thread
