Help with failing Install of Endpoint 9.5

Installed the Master Server, but now need to install the Child Servers for Sub-networks.  I keep on getting the error that the refers to 110332 which basically says I can not upgrade from 3.x to 4.5 and the install fails. When I click on the 110332 from the Knowledge base it points me back to the install website where I got all the information from originally.  What am I doing wrong? Conflicting websites say to stop the Remote Manager. Did this but got no further!! I' m feed up with this install. Please Help.

    do you mean Child SUMs (as there are no child management servers)? They are installed from the SumInstallSet share. Might be that I misunderstood your question though. What "existed" on those child servers and what are you trying to install?
